Don Gruber

Don Gruber has designed in and around Southern
California for the past 18 years. Don is currently working on projects
in New York,
Las Vegas, Laguna Beach and here in his home base area of Long Beach/L.A.
You may have seen his work in theaters such as: The El Portal in Noho, West
Coast Ensemble, The Court theater, Tiffany, Century City Playhouse, The
Straussberg
Institute and many more. Currently spending most of his time designing in
Laguna Beach. Don designs for the Laguna Youth Theater Company and The
Laguna
Playhouse. And for15 wonderful years he was the resident scenic designer
for the
International City Theater in Long Beach. Don also teaches and designs at
such colleges as Pomona Colleges, CSU Northridge and heads the design
program at
Long Beach City College Theater Department.
